They say technology is neither good nor bad. It depends how you use it.
If technology has changed the rules at all with respect to virtual meetings it is in the greater need to do the basics well: effective communication, the use of technology that is fit for purpose, good manners, rules, solid technical processes, positive individual and group behaviour and, above all, personal responsibility.
A remote meeting is still a meeting.
