With Covid-19 I’ve had to make significant changes in my life. Faced with my own resistance I have found the following questions to be useful:

First: What am I persisting in my current situation for? What benefit am I getting or what loss am I trying to avoid?

Second: What am I afraid of?

Third: What would happen if I made/didn’t make the change?

Fourth: What is stopping me?

Fifth: What is the worst thing that could happen to me, after the change?
